As part of Bristol City Centre’s BID’s series of well-being events for Stress Awareness month – you are invited to come along to our free 30 minute Tai Chi session, at 6 O’clock Gin At The Glassboat – one of the city’s favourite vessels.
Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese tradition that is often described as meditation in motion. Although Tai Chi is a martial art it is more widely practiced as a graceful form of exercise. It involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing.
Some of the many benefits of Tai Chi may include decreased stress and improved mood. Coupled with increased energy and stamina.
