A better understanding of the future of work will help leaders and organisations thrive, now and in meeting longer-term aspirations.

This event explores some of the key trends and themes and how these will impact the way we work now and in the future.

This event is led by Redcliffe & Temple BID and delegates will be drawn from a wider audience of businesses within the region through other BIDs – including Bristol City Centre, and Broadmead.

The keynote speaker and expert panel will share knowledge and insights from local, regional, and global perspectives on a broad range of topics including current thinking and research on employee experience, how we identify, develop, and support the leaders of the future, and gain a better understanding of the implications of changing workforce demographics.

Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions and take part in a workshop session designed to foster better personal and team working in an experience of ‘team tuning’.

A light breakfast of fruit and pastries will be provided.

This will also be a rare opportunity to network with businesses in an informal setting and enjoy a complimentary ticket to experience We the Curious.

Places are limited, please sign up now to secure your space and benefit from this unique event.
