The climate crisis and carbon reduction have become a major focus for organisations of all kinds, and the easiest way to be accountable to your ambitions and ensure action is strategic and lasting is to create a climate action plan.
A climate action plan outlines the nuts and bolts of how to go about making changes within your organisation and is key for turning ambition into concrete change. It is very much a living document that should be developed and updated over time.
However, it can be difficult to know how to get started and what is important to include.
Come along to our Climate Action Breakfast on Wednesday 24 April at 8am to gain some knowledge and insights to support you in creating and implementing your climate action plan.
Hear from Charlie Leaman, sustainability consultant at Eunomia, to understand the steps you need to take to create a robust climate action plan, from what it needs to include, to who you need to involve in its development and implementation.
We will also hear how other businesses have approached this, what worked well, what the challenges were, and how they overcame them.
A light vegetarian/vegan breakfast will be provided.
