Instructor: Anna Haskell-Thomas looks to create a friendly, supportive space for people to move, breathe and connect to themselves. Taking inspiration from the different styles she’s trained in, her classes are a blend of strength, challenge and playfulness as well as pause, rest and enquiry. With a strong focus on the breath, they are intentionally sequenced whilst offering freedom for you to explore in your own way.
