Deep stretch yoga, is a fantastic way to boost flexibility when tight muscles cause discomfort or constrain movement.
This class incorporates yoga postures, gentle movement sequences, breath work, supported silent meditation, and guided relaxation to support increased awareness and mindfulness of the breath and body, and quieting of the nervous system. Yoga also teaches body awareness, promotes balance, and strengthens the core.
This session is suitable for all levels of experience and fitness.
