Director of BIDs
Keith successfully led the City Centre BID through development and ballot back in July 2017. He spent the next 4 years heading up the team to ensure improvements promised in the BID prospectus were delivered. In April 2021 he was appointed as Director of BIDs overseeing all operations across the three central BIDs, City Centre, Broadmead and Redcliffe and Temple BID.
Head of City Centre BID
Vicky is responsible for the day to day management of the City Centre BID, overseeing the delivery of projects as set out in the business plan. Her role requires continuous development of the strategic vision of the BID ensuring that we deliver successful projects and campaigns that support our levy paying businesses.
Business Liaison Manager
Paula joined us in Spring 2019 to help office-based levy payers engage with BID activities. Paula provides relevant updates on anything that affects the smooth running of the city centre, brings businesses together and manages a series of forums to solve common problems. With over 15 years of key account management experience, Paula is well versed in relationship management and collaborative solutions.
Beth recently joined us in the new role of Marketing Manager for the BID. She is responsible for the marketing strategy and implementation across all of our channels, and creating marketing campaigns that support our levy payers and showcase our city.
Senior Project Manager (Safety)
Fran leads on all our initiatives that make Bristol City Centre safer and has developed and introduced a new Business Crime Reduction Partnership that spans across the three BIDS. Fran brings a variety of project and event experience from working in both the Public and Private sector.
Natalie joined the team in June 2020 as our Streetwise Officer and is the main point of contact for tackling drug use, begging, and other forms of anti-social behaviour. She brings vast experience to the team after working in the housing and homelessness industry for the last 10 years. Her most recent role was with Caring in Bristol where she worked on the Nightstop Project to help young people secure safe and stable accommodation.
Bristol City Centre BID Police Officer
PC Gareth Ayers joined the City Centre Neighbourhood Team in June 2020 as the dedicated Bristol City Centre BID officer. Gareth’s role is to complement the existing team and to strive towards improved outcomes for the BID levy payers in crime and anti-social behaviour. With 11 years of experience as a Neighbourhood Beat Manager in South Bristol, Gareth brings experience and effective liaison to the benefit of all stakeholders.
Having spent the past 20 years working in the live events industry in a variety of roles including Safety, Project and Operations Management, Hannah has joined the BID on a short term contract to help with overseeing the Christmas Lights installation and supporting on other projects and initiatives such as Greening and Graffiti removal.
