Paula Ratcliffe has been our Business Liaison Manager since April 2019
In Spring 2019 we appointed Paula Ratcliffe as Business Liaison Manager to develop our engagement with, and response to, the needs of our levy payers. Continuing this business engagement ensures that all our levy paying businesses are aware of our projects and are kept abreast of events or activities which may impact the day to day running of their organisation.
Paula works to create collaborative networks and makes representations to relevant stakeholders on behalf of levy payers. These relationships ensure that Paula is able to work across all sectors within the BID area and allows her to make representations on their behalf to relevant stakeholders.
