ABOUT THE FAN ZONE

This September, Bristol is set to become a beating hub of activity as the city welcomes the official Women’s Rugby World Cup 2025 Fan Zone to Bristol Amphitheatre.

This free city-centre celebration will show six knockout games, coinciding with two quarter-finals and both semi-final matches at Ashton Gate Stadium. Bristol’s official Fan Zone promises a unique mix of live sport, entertainment, local food, and community celebration, as the city comes together to celebrate women’s sport.

At the heart of Bristol’s festival-style Fan Zone will be a large LED screen broadcasting all six matches taking place right here in the city, surrounded by a full programme of entertainment.

Alongside all the action on the big screen, the Fan Zone will feature a vibrant mix of community-focused fun, including live music, cultural performances, creative workshops, plus interactive rugby-themed activities and family-friendly fun.

MC’d by former England international Amber Reed and Welsh rising star Jenna De Vera, the Fan Zone will also feature visual artworks including large-scale creations from Bristol-based robotics studio Air Giants. Visitors can fuel their fun with local food and drink from some of Bristol’s best-loved traders, so you’re never too far away from the action.

Organised as part of a series of official Fan Zones across host cities in the UK, Bristol’s site will curate a warm and inclusive welcome for all, encouraging play, participation, and pride.
