April saw the start of this year’s bank holidays, with more people wanting to make use of the city centre. Our amazing cleansing team have been hard at work to keep our streets and businesses clean and graffiti free!

Both King Street and Marsh Street have been deep cleaned this month, keeping both areas clean for all those wanting to sit out in the sunshine. Tom, Ashley and Kevin have also removed a whopping 81 items of graffiti across 52 locations, helping to keep our area attractive and friendly for all.

We were lucky enough to support The Bristol Hotel in a litter pick this month, providing litter pickers and rubbish bags to a team of volunteers to litter pick around the harbourside. If you would like to organise a litter pick within your area, don’t hesitate to get in touch so we can assist where we can.

We’d like to say a big thank you to the city centre cleansing team for all of their hard work and efforts to keep our BID area sparkling! Their work does not go unnoticed and we are very appreciative of them.

To help us reduce graffiti in the area, please report any criminal damage to the police via their online reporting system. If you’d like to get in touch regarding a cleansing issue, please contact us directly, using the link below.
