BID Lead

Since the launch of our free online training hub in early 2023, we have seen a growing demand for training needs across our business community. In partnership with SeedL, we provide over 200 courses to our business community and their employees across Bristol City Centre BID, Redcliffe & Temple BID, and Broadmead BID. The training hub offers unlimited training opportunities, with courses ranging from wellbeing to communication, and leadership to Office 365.

From January to December 2023, a total of 637 training courses were completed with 84% of attendees rating the course as “Very Good’ or “Excellent. Our top business community learners for 2023 were Inside Travel Group, St George’s Bristol, and The Assemblies who collectively completed the most training courses across our business community.

The most popular courses completed have been SeedL’s 20-minute microlearning courses, with Chair Yoga at your Deskas the most popular module. These microlearning courses are the perfect bite size learning option to fit around a busy schedule. Other popular courses have included Communication Skills, Excel, and Leadership Essentials.

Our training hub is free to all Bristol City Centre BID businesses, where you and your team can sign up and start learning today. To learn more about our free training hub, please get in touch with Louisa.
