14/08/2024

Old City Sounds is taking over city centre venues on Saturday 24 August with back-to-back music and entertainment. Whether you’re visiting with family, friends, or by yourself, Bristol’s vibrant food and drink scene has plenty to offer to fuel your fun.

With a jam-packed line-up throughout the day, we’ve rounded up our favourite spots to grab a bite so you’re never too far away from the action.

KING STREET AND BALDWIN STREET

With a stellar line-up at The Old Duke’s annual Jazz Festival, top secret gigs at Bristol Old Vic, plus non-stop DJs at Tonight Josephine and 6 O’clock Gin at the Glassboat, even more delicious food and drink is just around the corner.

Enjoy King Street’s vibrant outdoor atmosphere with drinks at Kongs, Hey Dude, Llandoger Trow, and the Beer Emporium as you soak up the sunshine. Delicious food can be found dotted along the street with burgers, chicken, and sides from Small Bar and King Street Brew House, Detroit-style pizzas from Renato’s, and lunchtime classics at the Famous Royal Navy Volunteer.
