In September there was a notable increase in the number of cleansing requests we received from levy payers across the BID area. The requests included removing unwanted graffiti, clearing waste in business entrances, and deep cleaning pavements. Tom & Ashley, our Cleansing Team, truly enjoy meeting and helping our levy payers with their cleansing needs, to help ensure the city centre is kept at its best.

The team also started on their next deep clean focus area, Baldwin Street, and have made great progress so far receiving lots of positive feedback by local businesses and people passing by as their hard work truly makes a difference to the area.

This month the team removed 132 individual items of graffiti from 94 locations. The team are working very hard to remove unwanted graffiti promptly and efficiently and you can help by reporting illegal graffiti to the police via their online reporting system.

Don’t hesitate to contact us with any unwanted graffiti you need removing or any other cleansing issues you need support with.
