Lewis Monk
Lewis joined the team as our Streetwise Officer and is the main point of contact for tackling drug use, begging, and other forms of anti-social behaviour in the city centre area. Lewis previously worked as a prison officer for 7 years and gained various transferrable skills which will help with the challenges of anti-social behaviour and helping with the needs of our rough sleepers.
Louisa Briggs
Louisa is the project manager for cleansing, training and safety. She also looks after the Bristol City Centre Radio scheme and supports the Street Pastors in their work.
Sabrina Shutter
Sabrina joined us in September 2021 as Project Manager, overseeing our current and future events for levy payers. With a background in event management and a passion for Bristol, she enjoys putting on events ensuring the city centre is a great place to visit, work and live. She also manages our cleansing team, ensuring pavement areas, high contact locations and levy payer premises are kept clean, inviting and welcoming.
Tom and Ashley
Tom and Ashley are our friendly cleansing team. Using specialist equipment, they deep clean outside of business premises, street furniture, remove unwanted graffiti and ensure our streets remain welcoming and safe. They perform a daily circuit of the BID area as well as respond to requests from levy payers.
Tom Swithinbank
Tom is our Project Manager for Public Realm and Sustainability, responsible for our Sustainability and Greening projects. In addition, Tom is developing further initiatives such as introducing pocket parks and support for sustainable travel.
Vicky Lee
Vicky is responsible for the day to day management of the City Centre BID, overseeing the delivery of projects as set out in the business plan. Her role requires continuous development of the strategic vision of the BID ensuring that we deliver successful projects and campaigns that support our levy paying businesses.
Nat Naylor
Nat works with our levy-paying businesses to reach improved outcomes in all aspects of crime and anti-social behaviour.
Paula Ratcliffe
Paula works to create relationships with all levy paying businesses, ensuring that she is able to work across all sectors within the BID area and allowing her to make representations on their behalf to relevant stakeholders. She is also able to advise any events which may impact the smooth running of the city centre, from road closures to public demonstrations or wider queries about the city centre. Paula is the BID lead for both the TAP for Bristol and Energy Savings Support projects.
Carmen Ceesay
Carmen joined the team in June 2024 as a manager for the Bristol Crime Reduction Partnership. Carmen works across Bristol City Centre BID, Redcliffe & Temple BID, and Broadmead BID to manage the BCRP and maintain partnerships with police, Bristol City Council and other local and national partners.
Stanley Gray
Stan joined us in October 2024 to support the marketing team, contributing to social media output, newsletter creation, and various BID campaigns to support and showcase Bristol. He is also the main port of call for all things Love Bristol Gift Card gift card-related.
Yussuf Yusuf
Yussuf joined the team in early 2024 as a Business Support Assistant, providing business admin support across projects for both Bristol City Centre BID and Redcliffe and Temple BID. Yussuf works part-time for the BIDs whilst studying at the University of the West of England.
Jenni Tamlin
Jenni heads up the BID's marketing team. She is responsible for the marketing strategy and implementation across all marketing channels, and creating marketing campaigns that support our levy payers and showcase Bristol.
